Abstract

Introduction: The development of practical skills in optics personnel is essential to ensure efficient and high-quality work performance. The systematization of theoretical foundations and the implementation of appropriate formative actions enable the improvement of customer service.

Objective: To present the theoretical foundations on the development of practical skills of optics personnel and the formulation of a system of actions aimed at improving work performance.

Development: The review identified relevant theoretical approaches to the development of practical skills and training strategies applicable to optics personnel. Among these, diagnosis, planning, execution, evaluation, and control stand out. Based on this integration, a system of actions is proposed that articulates structured training, constant feedback, and professional updating as pillars for improving work performance.

Conclusions: The systematization of theoretical foundations provides essential support for the design of formative actions that strengthen the practical skills of optics personnel. The application of a well‑structured system of actions promotes the continuous improvement of work performance and contributes to strengthening the quality of services in the area.
